Gene Solutions is hosting a scientific workshop titled “Beyond the first-line prenatal screening” in the city of Singapore.
This event brings together top Obstetrics and Gynecology experts in the region to share about Severe Pregnancy Syndromes, the current statuses to prevent those syndromes, and the new clinical trends & evidence in early prediction of Pregnancy complications.
Key speakers includes Drs. Anna Belen I.Alensuela – Board Member of Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecology Society, Professor. Noroyono Wibowo – Head of Maternal Fetal Medicine of University of Indonesia, Associate Professor. Matthew Kemp – National University of Singapore, Dr. Giang Hoa – Institute of Medical Genetics HCMC & Gene Solutions Co-founder.
The workshop will also feature a new research topic: “Building and Evaluating an Early Prediction Model for Pregnancy Complications: Pre-eclampsia, Preterm Birth, and Gestational Diabetes in Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT).” This topic represents the next-generation in NIPT applications. The research project is expected to involve collaboration among medical institutions, experts, and physicians from Southeast Asia.
We anticipate that in-depth presentations by international experts will provide valuable insights for healthcare professionals, allowing them to stay informed about cutting-edge developments in medical genetics.
