The founding story
Gene Solutions was co-founded in 2017 by 3 co-founders, Dr. Nguyen Hoai Nghia (CEO), Dr. Nguyen Huu Nguyen (Deputy CEO), and Dr. Giang Hoa (R&D) with background and solid experience in genetics, cancer biology, clinical medicine, and biotechnology.
With 10 years of researching Cancer Biology and Genetics in the U.S, Dr. Nguyen Hoai Nghia desired to bring advanced technology to give back to
Vietnam when he held near to his heart. Together with Dr. Nguyen Huu Nguyen and Dr. Giang Hoa, Dr. Nghia discovered the benefits and applications of genetic testing.
That was when the idea of "Gene Solutions" was given birth. They would like to create a solution that is more available, affordable and accessible to millions people in Southeast Asia.
Therefore, to transform the standard of healthcare became a mission to motivate 3 co-founders to return to Vietnam and start their entrepreneurial journey and invented genetic algorithms that exclusively serve the benefits of the people Vietnam as well as developing countries in the region such as: Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand etc. and more.
