Multi-omic liquid biopsy will reshape clinical practice only when it moves from technological innovation to evidence-based decisions that health systems can implement at scale. This is the focus of the ESMO 2026 Industry Satellite Symposium hosted by Gene Solutions: AI-Enabled Multi-omic Liquid Biopsy Across the Cancer Care Continuum: From Technological Innovation to Scalable Clinical Implementation Co-chairs: Prof. Herbert Ho Fung Loong, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR Prof. Umberto Malapelle, University Federico II of Naples, Italy The session will address the clinical challenges of current multi-cancer early detection tests; the validation of AI-enabled multi-omic cfDNA approaches and pathways to implementation in diverse settings; Asian real-world evidence on ctDNA MRD monitoring and profiling at scale, with an emphasis on affordability and high-precision applications; multi-omic signals for next-generation precision oncology and immunogenetic discovery; and complementary translational models, including 3D patient-derived organoids.
