Gene Solutions at POGS 2025: Advancing Precision & Preventive Care
PUNE, INDIA — December 2025 — Gene Solutions was proud to participate in the 34th Annual Conference of the Pune Obstetrics and Gynecology Society (POGS) and welcomed more than 310 eminent gynecologists, obstetricians, fetal medicine specialists and prenatal genetics experts.
Throughout the event, the Gene Solutions India team & our partner, AMPATH (American Institute of Pathology and Laboratory Sciences), engaged with delegates to present the triSure™ Next-Generation NIPT portfolio, featuring comprehensive analysis of both fetal and maternal health from 10 mL of maternal blood:

Fetal health — cell-free placental DNA analysis:
- Chromosomes and deletions: all aneuploidies and fivemajormicro–deletions.
- Dominantsingle-gene disorders: 7,018 mutations related to 25 dominantsingle-gene disorders.
Maternal health — cell-free maternal DNA:
- Carrier status: 7,535 mutations related to 18 recessivesingle-genedisorders — carrier screening for the mother.
- Pregnancy complications: gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) risk prediction in the first trimester.

This advanced solution is designed to support OBGYNs in both routine care and complex clinical decision-making.

A key additional feature of the engagement was SPOTMAS, Asia’s first clinically validated multicancer early detection (MCED) test. SPOTMAS is Gene Solutions’ AI powered cell-free DNA platform for MCED and tumor-of-origin (TOO) localization across 10 cancer groups and 75 subtypes — integrating genetics, epigenetics, and fragmentomics in one streamlined workflow.

This breakthrough innovation, which can help screen for cancers without current screening methods — such as endometrial, ovarian, pancreatic, liver, head & neck cancers — sparked strong interest and meaningful discussions among attending delegates.

The experience at POGS 2025 reflects Gene Solutions’ ongoing journey toward advancing precision medicine and preventive healthcare in India. We appreciate this value opportunity and look ahead to continued collaboration and shared learning.
