Gene Solutions Establishes Global Market Footprint with Pioneering MCED and MRD Tests in CAP-Accredited Laboratory
Gene Solutions Group proudly announces that our Next-Generation Sequencing laboratory in Singapore has been awarded College of American Pathologists (CAP) accreditation. This honor, granted after a rigorous on-site evaluation, provides recognition of the clinical utility of our circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) tests, specifically in Multi-Cancer Early Detection (MCED) and Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) monitoring. These are currently the most advanced applications of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for early cancer screening, therapeutic selection, monitoring treatment efficacy and relapse.
As one of the biotech pioneers in Asia, Gene Solutions now uniquely operates two CAP-accredited laboratories specializing in next-generation sequencing (NGS), within a network of six NGS laboratories.
