Gene Solutions Welcomes Dominic Price to Board of Directors
Gene Solutions is thrilled to announce the addition of Dominic Price to its Board of Directors, following the unanimous approval of the existing board members. Dominic brings over three decades of distinguished experience in the banking and consulting industries, enhancing our strategic vision and leadership team.
Dominic’s illustrious career spans over 25 years at JPMorgan, where he held senior executive positions across London, Singapore, Mumbai, and Ho Chi Minh City. His extensive career has endowed him with a broad spectrum of management skills and deep expertise in running trading businesses, investment banking teams, and overseeing JPMorgan’s operations in India and Vietnam. Additionally, he brings valuable board experience from his roles at IDFC Private Equity in India and Masan Corporation in Vietnam. A notable highlight of Dominic’s career at JPMorgan includes spearheading the public listing of Tata Consultancy Services, the world’s largest IT services company, and facilitating major M&A transactions such as Tata Sons’ acquisition of Land Rover Jaguar. Dominic’s expertise encompasses fund raising, public listings, risk management, investor relations, corporate governance, and leadership development—all of which will be invaluable as Gene Solutions aims to solidify its position as a leading genetic testing provider in Southeast Asia.
In 2017, after leaving full-time employment at JPMorgan, Dominic founded Halracott Private Limited, a consulting practice initially based in Singapore and later moved to the UK. Through Halracott, Dominic has advised founders across various sectors, including Arctic Green Energy, Ethixbase 360, Claritas Healthtech, and Altin Biosciences. His consultancy work reflects his commitment to supporting innovative and sustainable business practices.
Dominic, a UK citizen born in Saigon, has a profound connection to Asia, having spent much of his life working in the region. His extensive experience, coupled with his deep-rooted understanding of the Asian market, will greatly benefit Gene Solutions as we strive to achieve our growth and development goals.
