GENE SOLUTIONS WELCOMES KENG HSU AS NEW CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Singapore, 1st Jul 2025 – Gene Solutions, a leading biotech innovator in precision medicine and genetic testing, is pleased to announce the appointment of Keng Hsu as our new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This strategic addition reflects the company’s continued focus on scaling its operations globally and strengthening its financial leadership amid rapid growth across Asia-Pacific (APAC) and beyond.
Keng Hsu brings over 20 years of professional experience across finance, business operations, fundraising, M&A, and executive leadership. A qualified CPA and seasoned executive, Keng has held senior roles at prominent firms including Esco Lifesciences (Group CFO) and Yourgene Health (Chief Operating Officer – Asia, and Chief Commercial Officer – APAC), where he played a pivotal role in IPO preparation, investor engagement, and business expansion initiatives.
Educated at prestigious institutions including INSEAD, Tsinghua University, and the University of Melbourne, Keng holds an Executive MBA and a strong academic background in finance, accounting, and the skills to speak various languages. His international experience across Singapore, Taiwan, India, the UK, and Australia complements Gene Solutions’ multicultural team and diverse market presence.
As part of this transition, Nguyen Ngoc Hoa, who has served as Gene Solutions’ Chief Financial Officer since its early stages, will take on a new role and continue contributing as our Senior Advisor. Hoa has been instrumental in building the company’s financial infrastructure and supporting its growth across Southeast Asia. His continued involvement will ensure a smooth transition and provide strategic counsel as Gene Solutions expands into new markets and investment opportunities.
